To tell the truth, something odd is going on with the books of a number of politically-connected banks. They are far too profitable for a dying economy.

I wonder if these banks are showing a profit because they are laundering money for the gov's secret agencies. According to Catherine Austin Fitts, these shadowy figures have surepticiously removed $4 trillion from the economy and they did it legally.

"Removed"?

That means they have undone everything Bernanke has done.... and then some.

Yes, "removed". They really are legally allowed to do that. It's in the original charter that was made after WWII. I heard a radio interview with Fitts a few years ago in which she detailed her discovery of how this was occuring. She was the director of HUD under Bush #1 and couldn't get an accounting of HUD's finances. When she pried deeper into this, she wound up incurring the wrath of the Virginia farm boys and had to emigrate to New Zealand. Apparently HUD was the mechanism by which this economic pilaging was occuring.
