In 2001, we began breeding our horses for the specific purpose of being work animals for use locally in the rugged Ozark Mountains. The culmination of efforts has produced animals that are sure footed to the extreme, that are stocky and very well muscled and that can fly through the thickest Ozark brush and brambles effortlessly. We have two brood mares that are out of registered paint quarter horse stock and two half paint quarter horse stock mares. Our Stud is a mustang paint (picture). Though we were never in this to get rich, we do sell three to seven horses a year now; the sale prices start at about $250.00. We are also always open for trade/barter deals, so don't be shy!
