Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization has a virtual library of downloads on their website.  The have write up on quite a few useful plants but also some free documents that may be useful tech for a low to no oil future.

Treadle grindstone?  Solar seed dryer?  Rope maker? Sawdust stove?  Sand water filter?  Composting toilet?  They have it all and more detailed  here.

Their Appalachian Solar Dehydrator is a darn impressive piece of equipment as well. Lots of great info here.

Where are you finding those on this site?  Is it under the documents link?  If so that link doesn't work for me.
