"System reboot" will require tools. Tools will be hot items in the broken-down future, for repairs and for re-building.

Expect the worst, don't just prepare for it.

Business idea: buy up/hoard tools, particularly highly specialized tools that are used in niche industries and then open a rental store after the system crashes. What do you think?

I had the same idea myself, actually. I think people won't be able to afford their own extensive toolsets in the near future. The prices are going up, the quality down, and folks are broke.

Oh...lightning just struck the outhouse:
Sell rechargeable batteries and then maintain a bank of solar panels necessary to recharge lots of them. People can exchange their dead batteries for fresh ones for a price. It would be like the Blue Rhino propane bottles that you see outside of gas stations. We could do car batteries too since people will use those to satisfy their power needs. Maybe not stock or sell the batteries, but instead people would drop off the battery and pick it up in a few days like at the dry cleaners.
