Sorry sold those expensive plastic guns with the low PF awhile back when I decided to standardize on 45acp, 1911a, and Marlin model 45 carbine. Interchangeable magazines all around. Did I mention I like choices? I just ordered a couple of those $10 knives being talked about over in some other thread so probably don't need a Mora either. Hmmmm 74 Blazer, do those come with diesel engines? My one and only vehicle can burn straight vegetable oil (never tried it too expensive to fix if i get it wrong but ya never know), if its been properly filtered (5 micron filters seems about right), biodiesel available from my fuel coop at 10% less than the local Diamond Shamrock station, and if I just can't come up with a more satisfying choice I can currently purchase petroleum diesel (who knows how much longer).

Lets see if we can make this real easy. I prefer Mason jars to Kerr, like the opening size of the wide mouth better than the standard . A dozen new jars with an extra pick of lids all in new sealed containers for each pint of honey. If that seems too high, please make a counter offer.

I would think the shipping cost would be the problem with that exchange.  A dozen glass jars have a lot of volume and need a lot more padding than one jar.  I would think that at that volume the package would be more expensive to ship than a single jar that is much heavier.

I was sorta hoping we could use the hollow log technique for the exchange of fungible assets. (That's twice, once more and its mine forever)

YMMV

I think the Walmart by where I live has those. If so, I'll get my hands on some and send it out to you.

You know this really isn't all that difficult and there is nothing to be afraid of, we have all been plowing straight and parrallel rows in our industrialized world for so long its sometimes hard not to do what we are so used to doing.

But if Opsec wanted to I bet he could figure out where the nearest Safeway/Kroger store is to my big red rock and he could probable communicate with them paying for said barter goods and asking them if his brother from a different mother The Beeherder could come by and pick it up. And if he thought about it for just a few minutes I bet he could get them to use some kind of keyword or whaterver (I really don't know what he might think of) that would allow the Beeherder to retrieve said trade goods withoug anybody incurring any shipping costs (yet). And maybe if he told me in some more private communication than this one just where he wanted the Beeherder to send that One Gallon plastic 12 lb (gonna take more than one box o jars for that one), or maybe he only wanted me to send the one liter or even half liter size (one dozen Ball wide mouths with extra tops please) plastic container availble from my local honey packing business (they don't produce it the just buy 55 gal drums and repackage for retail so I can buy empties from them) Now I have incurred shipping costs and you understand why the extra tops Ok?

see how easy that was?

He's saying that you can order a case of jars from a store near him and tell them that he is coming to pick them up.  That way, you can trade him a case of jars without paying the huge shipping cost.

See there I told you women know about a lot of really fundamentally interesting things, there are even some who appear to understand me, occassionally, a little, maybe sorta, some of the time. You know what I mean?

I stole another 12 frames of honey yestarday some not fully capped I'm told its easier that way and when filled the pail there it was 18 liters of pure sweet gold made by the sisters i serve and who knows how much more this bountiful year So when that other beekeeper who I thought knew so much more than I, he called to remind, it was from him I got that captured swarm out there whose honey I did not yet take and could he please have his queen back now for one of his 4 hives has no brood somehow And when he continiues about the 40 full frames (WOW!!) he plans to bring he really wanted to know how long I might think it could you know extract such a minor small thing as all that honey to extract his return if you he agreed in advance to give some. Ooooook I'm thinkin now I shoulda, coulda, will soon now be tellin him to bring only 20 at a time and could he please bring some of those 5 gallon HDPE-2 food grade pales to take back his sweets and the the other 20 on a different day after maybe he could you know consider the possibility that you know the bees might like someplace to live while you are stealing their entire winter freakin cache and there you go more strawberries says I for right there in the wink of an eye I think I can one more way to find my grandest dreaming

So what do you think would be fair? Please everyone? I'm startin at 33% what say you?
