Locking down political and foreign policy discussions

I'm not singling anyone out. All of us are impacted by political policies.

None of us have much control over those policies.

Why can't we discuss our common interest without getting into ideological arguments based on group identities?

(That was a rhetorical question. Not trying to provoke a discussion I don't think would reach useful conclusions...)

I understand why these things happen, and I respect everyone's opinions, personal loyalties and values, and sense of who they are. No hard feelings, OK?  :hug006:
